Where do I go when I come in for services?
We are located at Our Sacred Space Wellness Center in Willow Glen. The address is 2075 Lincoln Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. We are located in Suite B. Click here for more information.
I'm on my way to my appointment, but I'm running late! What do I do?
Please give your appointed therapist a call (Melle: 408-837-4702 & Stacy: 408-802-4404.) We also have email on our phones and will receive them immediately. Please be safe and do not rush while driving to your appointment. We will wait for you and make accommodations with time if we can. If we do not hear from you after 15 minutes since your appointment start time, we have to assume you are not coming and will automatically cancel the appointment as a No Show.
What do I do if I need to reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule your appointment through the ONLINE SCHEDULER.
You can call your appointed therapist (Melle 408-837-4702 or Stacy 408-802-4404) at least two hours before your appointment. Please leave a voice message about your rescheduling if we cannot answer.
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org at least two hours before your appointment.
What happens if I have an appointment and I don’t show up? (No Show)
We will not chase you around, but if you have a prepaid service, it will be voided. If you No Show for your first appointment with us, you may not book with us again. We are reserving that time just for you. Please always feel free to let us know if you can't make it, whatever the reason may be.
What types of payment do you accept?
We prefer cash and check, but we also accept all major credit cards including American Express. There is $3 transaction fee for debit/credit card purchases in store effective July 29, 2016.
Can you accommodate couples massages or couples facials?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate couples massage or couples facials at the same time.
I bought a package and used some of my sessions, but now I’m moving away and won’t be able to finish. Can I get a refund?
No. Please share with your friends, or make all your appointments before you leave. We are able to give such good discounts on the packages because you make a commitment to finish it upon purchasing.
I bought a service on promotion a long time ago, is it still valid?
We will honor your service for up to a year from the purchase date. After that, we will honor the amount that you paid, and you may use it as a credit to either a massage or skin care service, depending on what you originally bought. Please email email@example.com with any questions.
I want to buy a package. When will it expire, and can I share my sessions with friends?
The package will never expire, but we would hope that you can finish it within a year since purchasing. You are welcome to share your sessions with anyone you’d like! Just send them in with the package card so we can sign it off.
I've been calling and calling, trying to get a hold of someone by phone and never get a response. What's up?
Unfortunately, since we provide services to clients we cannot always answer our phones. Because of that, email is really the best way to reach us. We also get a lot of calls from telemarketers, so we cannot call back numbers that do not leave a voice message. Please leave a detailed voice message so we can call you back when we get a chance. We want to get in touch with you!
